Deranged?
In the studio during the making of The Resistance

Matthew Bellamy used an Orange 50 watt amp head for a short time in 2000, it is either a Retro 50 or AD 50. Both amps are from the Orange custom shop, and were made in between late 1990's and early 2000's.

Not much is known about what Bellamy used it for, but it seems he mainly used it for overdrive tones.

He or someone else put tape all over the face plate and drew on it so it looked like it said "Deranged?".

Possibly used in the Absolution era. Was also used in the recording of The Resistance.
