This guitar appeared at [[Toronto Air Canada Centre 2013 - 10th (gig)|second Toronto gig]] on the 10th of April 2013 as it's predecessor, the [[Manson Matt Black]], split into two pieces the [[Toronto Air Canada Centre 2013 - 9th (gig)|night before]].
 
The specifications are almost identical to the Manson Matt Black, without neck and headstock. This guitar has DL-1 neck.
It also resembels the [[Manson Matt Black II]]
