The Royal Albert Hall is a concert hall in London, opened in 1871. Muse have performed inside the hall twice, both times for a charity event. Once in 2008 as a fully-fledged concert for Teenage Cancer Trust and once in 2009 as part of a multi-artist concert for Children in Need.

The Royal Albert Hall contains the second largest pipe organ in the United Kingdom, dubbed the 'Grand Organ'. Muse performed Megalomania for the first time in seven years on said organ during the Teenage Cancer Trust concert in 2008. Both the Grand Organ and the organ which Megalomania was recorded on, inside the church of Saint Mary in Bathwick, were built by Henry "Father Willis" Willis of Henry Willis & Sons.
