Matthew Bellamy purportedly used the same guitar which used earlier the same month on the side of Cannes Canal, a Gretsch G1627 Synchromatic Sparkle Jet with a hypnotic disc attachment. The guitar was apparently destroyed from being thrown at an amplifier, while the attachment came off and a member of the audience collected it.[3]
