Gigs by location vs Gigs by country
Currently, the Gigbox template automatically assigns a gig to a Gigs in {Country} category, where {Country} equals the country the gig took (or will take) place in, eg a gig in Paris, France will be assigned to Gigs in France. If a {Location} is specified in the Gigbox (as it should be), the gig is also assigned to a Gigs in {Location} category, eg the same gig at a venue in Paris will also be automatically assigned to Gigs in Paris, France.
I'm ok with this, but it seems to me that Gigs in Paris, France should be a subcategory of Gigs in France. Today, this is not the case, as there is no tree (hierachical) structure between the two types of category.
Therefore, how about making Gigs in {Location} a subcat of Gigs in {Country}? The only downside, if we do this, is that we can't create this structure automatically, ie whoever creates a gig with a brand new location needs to manually make the new Gigs in {Location} category a subcat of the relevant Gigs in {Country}.
