The region around the Osaka harbor was reconstructed by an association of Japanese investors. The shipping and warehouse district on the Tempozan Island was redesigned into a modern waterfront area. In the present scenario, the area houses a posh, marketplace retail center. This marketplace area includes restaurants, fashion boutiques, an entertainment center court coupled with a theatrical stage and the happening clubs in the Osaka region.

Apart from a busy shopping complex, the Tempozan marketplace houses in its entertainment arena, the music club cum live house in Osaka the Bayside Jenny Club . The name stands in perfect co-ordination with its watery surroundings.

When the live bands are not in action, the place turns into a club hosting live DJ's with their musical compositions and dance events.[1]
